Handling Messages Scenario Process Flow

Use

In this process, the Integration Engine processes a message from a sender system, and forwards it to a receiver system.

Procedure

...

1. The sender system sends a message.

2. The Integration Server receives the message.

3. The Integration Server determines the receivers of the message.

4. The Integration Server performs the required mapping between the sender and receiver.

5. Only if integration processes are involved: The Business Process Engine creates a process and performs the corresponding correlation.

6. Only if integration processes are involved: The Business Process Engine performs the process step.

7. The Integration Server sends the message.

8. The receiver system receives the message.
